3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2-1/2 cups uncooked oats

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, mix together butter, cocoa and milk. Cook on medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Let boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, and vanilla and stir well. Add oats and mix well. Drop by spoon (to make 1-1/2" to 2" cookies) onto wax paper and let cool. Once cooled, place in sealed container. Cookies will keep for two weeks. Huge family favorite.
