There are 4 parts
1st- 1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 cubes butter

2nd- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1c. powdered sugar
1 large container of Cool Whip

3rd- 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk

4th- 1 large cool whip
grated chocolate bar

Directions:
1st layer- Mix flour and butter together like pie crust (cut in) in a bowl. Add crushed nuts. Flatten in a 9x13 glass pan. (can use metal pan but glass is prettier. :) Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes & cool before adding other layers.
2nd layer- Cream the cream cheese & powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Put on cooled crust.
3rd layer- Mix the pudding and cold milk together and spread on the cream cheese layer.
4th layer- Spread the large cool whip on pudding layer. Can decorate with a little grated chocolate bar if desired.
