2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and allspice
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Mix dry ingredients separately, then add the wet ingredients mixed separately. Bake at 350 F until toothpick comes out clean.
