2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 1/2 cups rhubarb cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 egg slightly beaten

Directions:
Pour into a 9 inch pie plate lined with pastry. Cover with top crust and bake at 450 F for 15 minutes, then at 375 F for 25-30 minutes.

Before you turn on the oven, line the bottom of the oven (or the bottom rack) with tinfoil to catch the drips.
