Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 cups sliced fresh peaches
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 T. minute tapioca
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt

Mix above ingredients and let stand 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell.

Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 T. butter
1/2 t. cinnamon
Combine until crumbly and pour over peach mixture.

Bake at 400º for 40 minutes.
