1 heaping cup of grape skins (save pulp)
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 T. flour
pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat pulp and strain out seeds. Beat egg and add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell and add lattice top. Bake as you would any fruit pie.
