2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups light Karo syrup
2 cups cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pan, cook sugar, Karo and 1/4 cup cream to 238º. Add 1/4 cup cream and cook to 238 degrees again. Stirring constantly. Add 1 1/2 cup cream and cook to 240 degrees. Take off stove and stir in 2 tablespoons butter and vanilla. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 or 9 x 13 pan. Cool and cut. Wrap in waxed paper. Store I'm refrigerator.
