1 pork tenderloin (1-1/4 pound)
24 small dinner rolls (Hawaiian rolls)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow mustard
6 Swiss cheese slices (quartered)
1/4 pound shaved ham
24 thinly sliced dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Rub pork with oil, season with salt and pepper
Put rack on lowest position in oven and roast to a temperature of 140 degrees (abut 30 minutes). Slice when cool.
Slice the rolls.
Spread some mayonnaise on the top of each roll, and some mustard on the bottom of each roll.
Add a piece of pork, a some shaved ham, a piece of cheese and a few dill pickles.
Put the top back on the roll.
Bake at 400 degrees until buns toasty and cheese is melted 8-10 minutes
