1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
Three egg whites
6 tablespoons sgar
1 teasponna vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water until smooth. Add to ½ cup boiling water, stirring until smooth. Cook till clear. Let cool.
Beat three egg whites till foamy. Gradually add 6 tablespoons sugar, beating slowly. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Gradually beat in cooled cornstarch mixture; continue to beat until peaks form. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until golden brown.
