1 c white sugar
3/4 c butter
5 eggs
1 c crushed pineapple
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb raisins (white)
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c fine coconut
1 c nut meats
1 lb gumdrops
Directions:
Directions:
Cut up in small pieces & flour gumdrops
Cream sugar & butter, add eggs & crushed pineapple & vanilla
Add flour, baking powder & salt
Add coconut, nut meats & gumdrops

Note: I double recipe, it makes 6 small tinfoil loaves
Grease loaf pans well
