Meatballs:
1½ pounds ground beef
3/4 cup rice (minute rice is OK)
1½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup milk
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil

Sauce:
24 ounces tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
4½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together and roll into meatballs.
Heat vegetable oil in skillet or dutch oven with a lid.
Brown the meatballs evenly.
Add tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire to the pan.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
