8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
2 eggs
1 egg white
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. low fat milk
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cut bread into 3/4 in. cubes and placed in a greased 8x8 dish.

Beat eggs, egg white and sugar in bowl. Blend in milk, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt well.

Pour evenly over cubed bread and toss gently until coated.

Bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with caramel topping.
