1 lb. frozen Hash Brown potatoes
2 sticks melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion flakes
2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 carton sour cream
2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Place hash brown potatoes in large casserole dish. Cover with 1 stick melted butter. Mix together cream of chicken soup, onion flakes, pepper, salt, grated cheese and sour Cream. Pour mixture over potatoes.

Topping: For topping, mix 1 stick melted butter with 2 cups Rice Krispies. Sprinkle topping over casserole and bake at 350º for one (1) hour.
