3 cups plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Cup oil
2-1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/3 cup orange juice
Pinch of salt

Topping:
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
6 cups diced apples
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Add eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla. Mix well. Separately mix together apples, cinnamon and walnuts for topping. Layer half of cake batter in bundt pan, followed by topping. Follow with rest of cake mixture and topping. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 1 hr. 20 min.
