2 pkgs (12 oz) frozen medium pork sausage, thawed
1-2lb pkg frozen southern style hash browns
2-8oz pkgs shredded colby jack cheese
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
2 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 jar salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In medium skillet brown sausage. Drain. In large bowl, combine sausage, hash browns, 3 C. cheese, onion, milk, salt, and eggs. Pour mixture into greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered in a 350ºF oven until knife inserted in center comes out clean (50-55 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes, covered. Cut into squares. Serve with salsa.
