1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tsp. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, chocolate then add milk beaten egg yolks and butter. Cook until thick and pour into baked pie crusts. Use egg whites to make meringue. Meringue: Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar and pinch of cream of tartar. Spread over cooled chocolate filling and bake at 350º degrees until lightly browned.
