1 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb butter
1/4 C. sour cream at room temp
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 large eggs
1 C. finely mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, and vanilla thoroughly. Beat in eggs one at a time. Then add mashed bananas. Stir in dry ingredients alternating with sour cream. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350º about 40 minutes. Yields one loaf.

May add chocolate chips or nuts. It takes 45-50 minutes to bake in my own oven.
