1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough
1/4 C. creamy peanut butter
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 medium green apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)
1 C. lemon lime soda
1/4 C. caramel topping
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Roll dough into a 14 inch circle on a 15 inch baking stone. Bake 10-15 minutes or until brown. Let cool 10 minutes. Remove from stone and let cool completely. Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread on cookie. Dip apples in lemon lime soda and arrange on top of cookie. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat caramel and drizzle over apples.
