1 lb. round steak, cubed
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. shortening
1/2 c. onion, diced
garlic salt to taste
1 14 oz. can mushrooms, drained, reserve juice
1 can tomato soup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tobasco sauce
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and season steak and brown in the shortening in large skillet.
Add onion, garlic salt and mushrooms while browning.
Mix tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco and mushroom juice and pour on top of the meat after it has browned.
Lower heat, cover and cook for 45 min. or until meat is tender.
Stir in sour cream for last 15 min. of cooking.
Serve with cooked noodles or rice.
