3 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup yellow corn meal
2 tbsp grated Parmigiano Reggiano
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring broth and olive oil to a boil in a large saucepan.
Gradually whisk in 1 cup yellow corn meal.
Stir constantly for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese and herbs.
Add the butter and stir vigorously.
Serve immediately.

This is a basic polenta recipe. Be careful when adding corn meal to hot broth, it spatters and can burn you.
