1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion or onion flakes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 cups bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients (only use 1/2 can of the soup). Stir and mix well. Roll into balls (quarter-size) & place in casserole dish. Mix remaining 1/2 can soup with 1/2 can water and pour over meatballs.
Bake 45 mins.
