Green Bean - 1.5 Lb Trimmed
Red Onion - 1 Small chopped
Lemon Vinaigrette - 1/2 cup
Feta Cheese - 2 oz crumbled
Walnuts - 1/2 cup Toasted coarse chop
Lemon Slice - Garnish

PREPARE
Cook Green Beans to Crisp Tender in Boiling salted water to cover ( 8 min)
Drain and plunge into ice water to stop cooking, drain and pat dry. Place in serving Bowl; cover and CHILL (2 Hours)
BUILD
Add Chopped onion and Lemon Vinaigrette to beans, toss to coat. Sprinkle with Feta and Walnuts. Garnish with Lemon slice.
