1 c soft shortening (part butter) - margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 tsp cr of tartar
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar & 2 tsp cinamon for topping
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix shortening, sugar & eggs thoroughly. Measure flour by dip level.
Blend all dry ingredients. Stir in.
Roll in ball size of small walnuts.
Roll in mixture of sugar/cinnamon
Place on ungreased cookie sheets
Bake 8-10 mins
