1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 large box Instant Banana Pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
¼ cup vegetable oil
4 to 5 mashed bananas
Optional (½ to 1 cup finely chopped pecans)

Frosting
½ cup butter, room temperature
12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup sour cream
2 bananas; mashed well
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
1 package Powdered Sugar (16 ounces)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350’. Grease and flour cake pan.
* In a large bowl, mix together cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, water, oil and mashed banana. Beat on low speed until blended. Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan.
* Bake in oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Stick a toothpick in the center and make sure it comes out clean. Place on a wire rack to cool.

Frosting Directions
Beat the butter, cream cheese and sour cream together in a large bowl. Add the banana, vanilla, nutmeg and sugar; mixing well until fluffy. Spread over cooled cake.
