1 head lettuce, shredded or torn or 2 bags of lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 can Mexi-corn (drained)
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
1 can LeSeur peas (drained)
2 cups chopped carrots
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 package parmesan cheese
1 chopped purple onion
1 package real bacon bits
3 boiled eggs
½ package Croutons
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8 ounce carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Layer vegetables in any order preferred starting with lettuce. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mixing well; spread evenly of the top of the vegetables. Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons sugar. Spread parmesan cheese over sugar. Spread package of cheddar cheese over the other cheese. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours. Before serving sprinkle bacon, sliced boiled eggs and croutons on top. Enjoy!
