13 Grand Biscuits
16 oz. Pace CHUNCKY Picante sauce (used mild)
1 small bell pepper chopped (used only about ½ cup_
½ C green onion chopped fine
2 C Monterrey Jack cheese shredded
1 lb. sausage (used Jimmy Dean)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350’
Brown and drain sausage
Pour picante sauce in large bowl
Cut biscuits into 1/8’s and coat with picante sauce (I just poured it over the biscuits that I had placed in a 13 x 9 pan that was sprayed with Pam)
Add sausage and vegetables
Pour into a greased 13x9x2” pan
Put cheese on top and bake 30 minutes
LET STAND 15 minutes (IMPORTANT)
