4 medium size yams
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
Dash of salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 stick butter or oleo
2 slices lemon
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 small can of crushed pineapple
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut yams as for French fries. Place in 9'x 13 baking dish.combine sugar, salt, cinnamon,and flour. Sprinkle over potatoes. Slice butter and place over this. Twist slices of lemon over this and place peel in with potatoes. Distribute the crushed pineapple over this. Add water and cover with foil. Bake at 400º for 1 hour.
