1/2 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise
2 tsp. dry onion flakes or minced onion
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup grated longhorn cheese (colby)
1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pkg. frozen broccoli as directed on wrapper. Drain and chop. Add above ingredients to broccoli. Mix and heat over low heat. Put into casserole dish and top with finely-crushed Town House crackers. Melt 4 tbsps. margarine and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 deg. for approx.
45 minutes.
