2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. Ritz crackers, 1 cup
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook and drain broccoli well. While hot, add 1/2 stick butter and Velveeta cheese. Let melt. Put broccoli mixture in a 8x8 buttered dish. Crush crackers and mix with 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over the broccoli. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

This recipe has become a family favorite, particularly of Uncle Brian's ,which is why Jenni is always asked to make it. It doubles and triples easily which is good because there is never any left over! ( I think her secret ingredient is extra cheese!)
