1- 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders, cut into bite sized cubes
1 egg beaten with 3 tbsp. water
seasoned breadcrumbs
olive oil to coat frying pan
1 16 oz. bag of frozen broccoli florets
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth
1- 1 1/2 cups light cream
1 box ziti, cooked
Romano cheese, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken cubes in a plastic bag with egg mixture and shake to coat. Remove to another plastic bag with the breadcrumbs and shake to coat lightly. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and cook chicken on medium heat until lightly browned on all sides. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add frozen broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and bring mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat and add the cream and heat slowly until mixture starts to thicken. Add the cooked ziti and heat for a few more minutes to let thicken. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and serve.
