1 Pound fresh mushrooms
1 Cup grated shredded cheese
1/2 Medium onion, minced
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine melted
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and stem mushrooms. Put caps in 12" glass tray or baking dish and brush with butter. Cut stems into small pieces and combine with onion and leftover butter or margarine. Place in microwave and cook on High power 11/2 - 2 minutes until lightly cooked. Add cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stuff this mixture into mushroom caps, and cook in microwave on High power for 4 minutes.
