Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 1/2 - 3 3/4 c. bread flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. (1/2 cube) butter,softened
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast (1/4 oz.)
1/2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
melted butter

Optional Orange Glaze
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 T. orange flakes or grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, softened butter, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Add milk, water and egg. Beat on slow speed for 1 minute. Add a little more flour if dough is too sticky to handle. Knead for 5 mins. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Punch down dough then make small golf ball-sized balls and place in a greased 9x13 dish. There should be 3 rows of 6 rolls in the dish. If there are leftovers, place in a greased pie dish. Brush with melted butter, cover and let rise for 30 mins. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins. To make the glaze, just stir the ingredients together, adding the orange juice a little at a time to get a good spreading consistency.

Personal Notes:
These rolls are easy and very yummy. My Mia Maids can make them! The orange glaze is great for a sweeter roll.
