1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup fine, dry unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix thoroughly 1/2 can soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Press into 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Spoon off fat.
Frost with potatoes.
Top with remaining soup and the grated cheese.
Bake another 10 minutes,
