1 ½ cups of finely chopped ham
1 unbaked pie shell
2 cups shredded Canadian Swiss cheese
3 eggs beaten
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp Dijon style mustard
¼ tsp salt
1 cup table cream
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place ham in bottom of pie shell.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Beat together eggs onion mustard and sauce. Gradually stir in cream. Pour over ham and cheese layer. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375* for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
