One large tomato per each 2 persons

Dijon mustard
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cut tomatoes in half.
Spread mustard on cut half of each tomato.
Mix the Parmesan, bread crumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl.
Spoon some of the above mix on top of the mustard on each tomato.

Bake for 5-6 minutes OR broil for 30-60 seconds

I like to bake them, the tomatoes get nice and warm too. This is a quick, savory side for steak or chops.
