5 cans cream of potato soup
5 cans milk
1 can corn
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
5 T. butter
1 1/2-2 lb. frozen shrimp
2 tsp. red pepper
3 8 oz. pkg. creamed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute garlic, onions and red pepper.
Add soup and 1/2 of milk, turning down heat to simmer.
Soften cream cheese and remainder of milk in microwave carefully, blend with mixer and add to soup pot.
Rinse shrimp in cold water to thaw, clean and drain.
Add shrimp and corn and simmer until shrimp is cooked.
Do not boil!
May make 1 day in advance and reheated slowly.
