2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cold water
2 1/2 T. Morton's Tenderquick
2 1/2 T. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and form 2 rolls rolled in foil, shiny side in.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
Poke a few holes in the bottom of the foil with a toothpick.
Place on a rack for baking, with a drip pan below.
Bake at 325º for 1 hr. 15 min.
