Vegetable oil
1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained, flaked
1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 egg
Salt and black pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Add vegetable oil to lightly coat bottom of skillet.
Gently mix all ingredients together.
Form into 3 or 4 patties, loosely packed.
Place into preheated skillet.
Saute until browned on both sides.

Empty can of salmon into a small bowl. Remove skin and the back bones. Do not worry about the small bones, they will dissolve when you cook them.
