1 Cup Cream Cheese
16 oz Crushed Pineapple
20 Graham Wafers, crushed
1 pkg Whip Topping or 1 Cup whipping Cream
½ Cup Icing Sugar
4 -5 Tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and butter. Line bottom of 8 x 8 pan with 2/3 of the mixture.
Bake @ 325º for 10 minutes. Cool

Prepare whip topping according to directions or whip the cream to soft peaks. Cream cheese with icing sugar. Add pineapple; fold this mixture into whip topping. Pour into graham wafer crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top; refrigerate.
