1/2 C Butter
1 Medium Onion - chop fine
2 Medium Carrots - chop fine
1 Cup Celery - chop fine
1 clove Garlic - Minced
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Tarragon (optional)
1/2 C All Purpose Flour
3 cans Chicken Broth
1 large can Chopped Tomatoes with liquid
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp Sugar
1 T fresh chopped dill
2 Cans Tomatoes Juice - 2.5 cups.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, cook Onion, Carrots and Celery until soft (8-10 min). Add Garlic, basil, thyme and cook one more minute.

Stir in 1/2 cup flour and cook (4-5 min)

Add broth, tomatoes, juice and heat up.

Stir in cream, sugar and heat through. Just before serving stir in fresh dill.
