1 Jalapeņo - diced
1 Onion - chop fine
1 sm carrot - Peel and grate

1 - 1.5 Lb cooked meat
3 cups Salsa
1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
Directions:
Saute pepper, carrot and onion until slightly caramelized. Add Salsa and broth then blend with emersion blender to desired consistency.

Add meat and heat gently.

Serve with garnishes: cilantro, creme, cheese etc.
