3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
2 Tbsp. White Pepper
2 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
5 tsp. Seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
1 tsp. ground Ginger

Directions:

With a wooden spoon, blend the brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, salt, dry mustard, black pepper, seafood seasoning and ginger powder until mixed. Place dry rub in a sealable storage bag until ready to use.
