1 ½ lbs. beef stew meat
3 cups water
3 cans beef broth
3 cups V-8 juice
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. chili powder
2 bay leaves
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes with juice

Directions:
Add all above ingredients to a big pot, cover, and simmer for 2 hours. Add 1 package of frozen vegetables for soup, and simmer 1 more hour covered. Remove bay leaves before serving.
