4oz. cream cheese
1/4 t. mint flavoring
3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cheese, add flavoring and powdered sugar. Mix in coloring and knead until smooth. Break off small piece of dough and dip into sugar and press into candy mold. Invert mold over wax paper, pull up on opposite corners and press center with thumbs. Candy will fall from mold.

Additional powdered sugar may be needed but too much and mints will be less moist. Grandma Arlene made these for many family weddings and other events.
