4 slices of bread cut up in to cubes
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs (beat slightly)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cove of garlic, minced
2 lb. ground beef
Directions:
Directions:
soak bread in milk. when bread has absorbed milk add all remaining
ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1 large meatloaf or two small ones and place in a glass cake pan. 9x13. Bake for about 30 minutes and brush with Topping: 1/2 cup ketchup,2 tbsp. prepared mustard, and 1 tbsp. brown sugar. Mix well and spread on top.
