6 6 oz. cans, diced green chilies
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 dozen eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients, the shredded cheeses and chilies in a 9x13" buttered dish. (Alternate chili and one kind of cheese, then chilies and second kind of cheese and then the remainder of chilies.) Salt the mixture. Separate eggs; beat whites until stiff. Then beat the egg yolks until thick. Beat in the sour cream into the whites. Fold yolks and egg whites together. Pour over the chili/cheese. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
