Crust:
2 c. graham crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine

Custard layer:
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. sugar
250 oz package of cream cheese

2nd layer:
2 c. pumpkin puree
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water to dissolve 1 envelope gelatin

Topping:
Whipped topping, such as CoolWhip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into two 8x8 pans or one 9x13 pan. Beat custard layer ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350 ºF for 20 minutes. Cool.

Put first 6 2nd layer ingredients in a pot and cook until bubbly, and starting to thicken. Add the dissolved gelatin to help firm up this layer.

When the custard layer is baked and cooled, pour the 2nd layer over it and set pans in the fridge to cool thoroughly. Top with whipped cream.
