1 bag of frozen meatballs.
1 onion chopped.
1 green pepper diced.
1 red pepper diced.
1 16 oz bottle of sweet and sour sauce.
1 cup of pineapple tidbits drained.
Directions:

Add all in a large freezer bag.
Freeze.
Thaw in fridge overnight and cook on low in crockpot for 4 hours.
