One lavash crust
Havarti cheese
Grilled chicken
tomatoes
basil
scallion
peanuts
Thai Chili Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
crumble some Havarti cheese on the crust and put in 350 oven to just melt.
Spread some Thai chili sauce over cheese. This is quite spicy so taste and then decide how much you want on.
Sprinkle chicken, tomato, basil, scallions and peanuts over cheese.
Place in oven a couple more minutes to melt ingredients into cheese and place on platter.
To serve people can just break off a piece.

I usually put a few spinach leaves on it too.
Basil can be sliced or left whole, which ever you prefer.
If you use dried basil the spinach gives it nice color.
