6 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp plus 2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic minced
4 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
8 cups salad greens of choice
1¼ pound kielbasa, cut into 1 or 2 inch chunks
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 red onion, cut into chunks
Any crusty bread, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together first 5 ingredients to make salad dressing.
Thread the kielbasa, bread, red pepper and onion onto skewers.
Brush with salad dressing.
Grill about 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
Mix the remaining salad dressing with greens.
Serve skewers on top of salad.

This is really tasty and quick.
If you do not want to light the grill, just saute the meat, bread and veggies and mix with the dressed salad. Add more dressing to taste.
